  • ·                                 Kickboxing: also named free combat, a face to face, unarmed struggle between 2 persons. Kickboxing, as an important part of Chinese kungfu, is known as a type of modern athletics, where two players kick, beat, throw, or defend to struggle with each other based on certain rules and with bare hands. Chinese kungfu goes in 2 directions: one is styleforms practices; the other is to struggle to defeat. Kick Boxing falls into the latter.

    Kick Boxing, as a best part of Chinese Wushu, is also a type of athletics program with unique national styles. With outstanding offensive and defensive effect, kickboxing enables people to develop their bodily power, persistence, flexibility, and sensitivity as well as mental qualities like smartness, tenacity, bravery, agility and resolution, thus to maintain a fine physical state and eventually making people defend or attack neatly. Girls taking kickboxing courses can well realize its defensive effect.

    Yingwu Characteristics: kickboxing & defensive skill of our Center is given without gender distingwishment, to improve learners’ actual combat ability in accidental attacks based on kickboxing skills. Kick boxing, with kicking, beating, flinging and seizing as basic moves, is an intensive program not only benefiting your body but also your boldness.


     A: Kickboxing Junior Class:

    Different levels of beginners will be considered in the teaching, starting with basic skills like boxing, kicks, and flinging, seizing, attacking and defensive skills. Learners will acquire defensive ability with a series of strategies in face of danger. Guidances will be given both about skill and theory.

     B: Kickboxing Middle Class:

    This course is aimed at learners with some Kungfu basis, emphasizing boxing & kickboxing combination. Boxing, kicking and flinging is taught as a set. Learners are organized in occasional fights, where they are further taught to bring what they learn into use, and Junior Grade Test is to be taken. Different sites are chosen according to courses set by coaches (strength training gymnasium, sandbag beating, professional strenghth training, falling and fling, occasional combat and other comprehensive training).

    C: Kickboxing Senior Class

    Learners with relatively high kickboxing skills are to join in this class and middle, senior grade tests are to be taken for them. Actual combat skills are the focus. Academic kickboxing competition is regularly held between Kungfu Schools and Kungfu clubs. Winners will be introduced to professional teams.

    Kick boxing, with kicking, beating, flinging and seizing as basic moves, is an intensive program not only benefiting your body but also your boldness. It defends, and tells whether a person dares to fight and risk. Meanwhile, kickboxing improves people’s speed, power, persistence, and flexibility, strengthens inner organ’s function and mental will, making people less timid but more self-motivated. Still better, wisdom and moral are also enhanced with nervous system more agile.
